Digifabshop is a custom fabrication company specializing in interiors, buildings, and art. Known for their breadth of expertise and capabilities, Digifab’s team of makers is trusted by some of the most high-profile artists, architects, and brands in the world.

Huff was brought on to embody and elevate the company’s core values and brand standards, ensuring they weren’t just principles on paper, but ingrained into daily operations. By making it so these values were understood as “the way we do things,” Huff built a platform for a unified and intentional culture that could resonate across the organization, creating opportunities for employees to adopt the core values as their own.

Brand + Culture programs spanned every stage of the employee experience—from onboarding new hires with purpose and clarity, to fostering ongoing engagement, recognition, and alignment with Digifabshop’s mission: Explore Making.

Branding initiatives included a website redesign, facility signage, content management, photography, social media, and marketing materials. By being adaptable through the company’s expansion, Huff took on projects that strengthened company culture while tackling detailed branding and design challenges for external promotion.
